Returns and Exchanges Policy

  • Time Frame: You have 15 days from the date of receiving your product to request a return/exchange. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (no alterations or damages), with tags, and in its original packaging. We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • Non-returnable Items: Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Process to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email Us: To start a return or exchange, contact us at safetravels@deadatlantic.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  2. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
