Shipping
Domestic Shipping Policy
- All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- The initial tracking update simply indicates that the shipping label has been created. The package is considered shipped only when the tracking number becomes active and starts showing movement.
Lost or Damaged
- Dead Atlantic is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is lost or damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
- We do offer international shipping to many countries outside the U.S. Duties & taxes will be paid by us. Shipping charges and delivery times for international orders vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout. Here is a general guideline:
